Do NOT Buy Used Car From Fowler Avoid this place like the plague. Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership. I had a great experience purchasing the vehicle, the sales people were Avoid this place like the plague. Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership. I had a great experience purchasing the vehicle, the sales people were friendly and helpful. They showed a Car Fax report stating it had no prior damage. However, a few months later I found out it had extensive prior damage to the right rear quarter panel that was hidden with glue, tape, and molding. The estimate to fix it was close to $2000. When I called the dealership the used car manager, Shawn, told me "I can sell a car that has been crumpled up into a little ball and put back together again as long as it doesn't have a title problem or was flagged for salvage and not disclose it....all used car sales are AS IS and you just need to take responsibility for your car". When I asked him if he felt bad at all about selling a car that had such extensive undisclosed body damage he said "I feel empathetic towards you but I do not feel bad at all, it is just part of the business". When I asked who his immediate supervisor was he said the "the man's name is on the sign". Please just keep in mind that this is the type of person who is selling the used cars at Fowler before buying. They obviously have no thought or care about retaining customers or they wouldn't talk to them in this manner. They are just about a sale and a quick buck. I might not have any legal recourse but I hope I can prevent others from finding themselves in my situation. More

After looking at several other dealerships,the service Tom King gave me was wonderful. I described what type of vehichle I was looking for and he took me straight to several choices. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicles. He did not, like the other dealerships, try to sell me a new car or something more than I wanted. I felt no pressure for a sale, which was refreshing. Even after the sell was done, he took the time and went over everything on the vehicle with me and then took me back to meet with the service center workers, who would be doing my free oil changes over the next few years! I live in Altus, and it was totally worth the trip. The selection was greater and the service wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, and I love my 2013 Grand Caravan! More

I would also like to mention Jay, who has become a friend of mine over the years. He was instrumental to making this deal happen before I even got to the dealership.
