Buyer Beware of the WE OWE I purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 based on the written agreement that the dealer was to fix all scratches and dents in the vehicle (there were many). They I purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 based on the written agreement that the dealer was to fix all scratches and dents in the vehicle (there were many). They wrote up a WE OWE and promised to fix all scratches and dents on the vehicle. I did not want to pay full purchase price until after the WE OWE was completed, but I was coerced into doing so and was told that they are a "reputable" dealership. They would hold up their end of the deal, no questions asked. I asked if the WE OWE would hold up in a court of law and was told 'yes'. The first time the scratches were "fixed" was just a quick buff by their guy who stops by weekly. I washed my car and the scratches reappeared instantly. The next time we took the car back to get "fixed", we were told that a camouflage coat was put on the scratches and that we could not wash the car for a week. I proceeded to ask, if I wash the car after a week, will the scratches re-appear and was told yes. I said, ''This is not a fix, this is just a band aid to cover up the problem.'' In addition to the scratches, there were 2 dents that needed to be fixed which were not addressed. I asked for one of 3 solutions: 1. Take the car back 2. Fix the car like the WE OWE says 3. Reimburse me the cost of getting it fixed. Their response: "You bought a used car. We will reimburse you $200 if you go elsewhere to get it fixed once you show us the bill that the work was performed". This is a simple way of absolving themselves of any future liability and a way to legally give themselves an out. This is unacceptable and not a fair business practice. It's all in writing so we will be pursuing legal avenues in the near future to remedy the situation. I will not be going back to this dealership as I have wasted enough of my time. Save yourself the headache and buy your next vehicle elsewhere. More

Wonderful People and No Pressure! I was looking for my second car, the first one I'd be purchasing myself. I was very worried about going to a dealership as a woman because I had heard I was looking for my second car, the first one I'd be purchasing myself. I was very worried about going to a dealership as a woman because I had heard that the people there pressure you and try to rip you off. However, every person I dealt with was absolutely wonderful, personable, funny, and helpful. There were also several women at the dealership which made me so excited. I figured I'd be hassled by some greasy guy, but instead I got a lovely woman who took me through all the steps and assured me that I could go my own pace without any pressure to make a decision. I ended up purchasing a Honda Fit and I am so excited about it! More
