He was honest, nice, not sleazy or pushy at all, and was more than patient with us as we test drove it for literally hours on end. He put up with our incessant nit-picking about every little detail, from having small scratches touched up to having the AC topped off with Freon. Joe seriously went above and beyond, he answered calls with questions on the weekends, in the evenings and after all he had to put up with, he STILL gave us an amazing deal on the car, I think we may invite him to thanksgiving dinner. Lastly, about a week after we purchased the car, it had a small issue with the cooling system. We contacted Joe in the evening, he got us into the shop the very next morning and they covered the cost of the entire repair and were nothing but wonderful through the whole thing. We would not hesitate to buy another car from Pollard Motors and will be coming back for regular service as their service guys are second only to Joe’s amazingness. More

I had been emailng with Cory at Pollard for about a week back and forth going over options and similar. He stated he didn't have the exact one I was looking for but had one very similar if I wanted to come back and forth going over options and similar. I showed up earlier than I had expected to meet with Cory. Another sales associate had walked up and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was there to meet with Cory to test drive the vechile we had spoken of. The other sales associate quickly got the Jeep in question located and got me on my way for a test drive. When I returned Cory was back and came over to greet me, the other sales associate introduced me to Cory and turned things over. I was AMAZED as this was never the behavior I've seen at dealerships in the past. Cory is a stand up guy and knows a ton about Jeeps and was more then happy to answer any questions I had in regards to them. All in all this was a great car buying experience with zero pressure and I ended up buying the Jeep I had gone in to test drive after I figured out I didn't need the other features I was looking for. I'd recommend the Cory at Pollard Jeep any day of the week to a friend seeking a new Jeep. More

We were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler and drove into the Pollard Lot on our way though town. We were greeted by Justin and within an hour had reached a deal on a used 2010 Wrangler. If it was not for the customer serice provided by Justin and Gabe, I am sure we may still be looking for a Jeep. Service arrangements were also made for a couple items due with the purchase and the experience was trouble free and accomodating. My husband and I went to Pollard to see the 2012 Jeep Compass's they still had. The salesman, Bob Griffith was friendly, casual and extremely informative before, during and after our test drive. I have some leg problems because of a difference in my leg's lengths and I was able to slide right into the driver's seat w no problem! The leather seats are so smooth and uncomplicated! Bob explained how easy it was to put into 4 wheel drive if there is rain or snow on the road. The ride was smooth and my 5 ft. 11" husband was very comfortable in the back seet, which is quite comfy. We returned to the dealership and talked to Bob about monthly payments. He talked to Tim Lathan who was friendly and not a bit wheeler dealer. When my husband (who pays the bills now) finally agreed to a payment we drove home in my dream car. It is loaded w wonderful accessories. I put my I phone info. in w no problem and can call handsfree now. I had been driving a ten year old Hyundai Santa Fe and thought of buying another one.
