Tim went out his way on the test drive, taking a precarious route that I requested through snow and ice to show the performance of the car in standard Colorado winter driving conditions. Jake was not working but agreed to come in from home if I wanted to wait. I wanted to wait because of how he had treated me 2 days before. He was knowledgeable about each Kia model and could compare safety features on Toyota and Honda. He wasn't pushy, but was patient, friendly and made buying my Kia Soul a great experience! He and the finance department worked with my credit and budget. They also got me a fabulous service plan. I have had my car a week and am thrilled with it! I have had Toyotas or Hondas in the past and feel that the Kia Soul easily matches or surpasses them. And I would always look for Jake to help me in the future!! More
