Zeke was great as a saleperson. I felt he found the car I was looking for. The problems came up after the deal was complete when i found out they hadNOT used my credit union for financing(where I was pre- I was looking for. The problems came up after the deal was complete when i found out they hadNOT used my credit union for financing(where I was pre-approved) but had gone through a bank. They did not tell me nor get my approval. No one EVER said "bank" in the whole time I was there. I found out when I was trying to find the lienholder name to give to my insurance co. The lienholder is not on any of the paperwork. I had to call to find out. I told Harold Klein that I was absolutely NOT happy about the change in financing being done without my approval. No one from the dealer has ever called me back nor followed up. If I try to go through my credit union now, it becomes a RE-finance and I don't qualify for the lower interest rate that I had originally qualifed for. It is my opinion that the deal was a ripoff. I assume they get a kick back from the bank they used that they wouldn't get from my credit union. The temporary license plate on my vehicle now says CHEAT KIA NORTH. NOT a happy customer!!! More

All 3 of these people did a great job in making us feel comfortable and welcome. Athina jumped right on showing us vehicles in our price range. Tom was great with working the numbers. Zeke was great! as was the entire staff at Peak Kia... we had our 3 kids along and everyone was courteous and helpful to us. They had video games and toys for the kids and even fed us lunch (which was aweso had our 3 kids along and everyone was courteous and helpful to us. They had video games and toys for the kids and even fed us lunch (which was awesome) The shop was able to switch our running board (personal request) out that day so we didnt have to make the 4 hr trip to come back for our new vehicle. Zeke made sure we were informed of what was going on every step of the way, everything was spelled out and explained before any paperwork was signed and we got a fair price for our trade so overall a good experience! More

From the time we got to that dealership to the time we left, we were treated very well. They didn't try to pressure us or to trick us into signing anything before we made a decision. Everyone came by to meet us and they let us know that now we are their customer and that if we ever need anything to let them know. If I can help it, the next time we have to buy a car we will come here to do that! More

Overall, these guys were great! Peak Kia north made our experience easy and stress free. We had so many people helping get us into the car that I really wanted. The administrative staff was wonderful with helping keep my daughter busy. Wh We had so many people helping get us into the car that I really wanted. Its so nice to go somewhere and feel like everyone actually cares! They made the 160 mi trip well worth it! More

As a first time car buyer Zeke was very helpful in finding what I wanted in a car. Before taking me to look he asked what type of car I was looking for and my price range. He used what I wanted in a car and picked out two great options for me...one being a 2013 Rio that I ended up taking home! This made my search for the perfect car much more enjoyable and much less stressful. He worked very hard at getting me a great deal and rate I was happy with. He went above and beyond to make my experience as a first time buyer a great one! I would recommend Peak Kia North and Zeke to anyone that is shopping for a new car! More
