I asked him to work a quote on a new 2012 Kia Optima lease with my trade-in, that was with in my budget, in less than 30 minutes Kerry had responded. In an hour I had received a quote and price that was well in my budget. That evening I drove up and true to his word Kerry had the lease papers and finance ready to go. There were no crazy pricing games..or the let me go talk to my finance manager...everything was set...In an hour I was driving my awesome new KIA optima out the door. I found everyone at Peak Kia in Windsor very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. They are not pushy or forceful in anyway, it's all about my (the customer's) needs and wants. Tim was our sales person and he was always professional and had time for us. We never felt rushed, pushed or presured to purchase. We came in to see Tim 3 times and each time he was there for us. When we popped in on a very busy Saturday, Josh stepped in to help out because Tim was with other customers. Tim knew he was not going to have time to devote to us because of appointments he had booked. He wanted us to have the best experience possible so he asked Josh to help out. Josh was great also. When we began working with Tom in the Finance department our guard was up but we found him honest and the experience with him was far beyond what we expected. Anyone that has purchased cars for serveral years will know how rare it is to have a wonderful experience when purchasing a car. We have been purchasing vehicles since 1968 and we by far got the best customer service from Peak Kia in Windsor than any other dealership in all the years past. Our buying experience was amazing!
