Take your paperwork with you! Spouse and I have purchased two Subarus in the past 2 years from Sellers. The repair service is professional and prompt. I would like to know why, upon registering for service, the first response is "That is not covered."? My vehicle is under warranty with The Gold Plus Service Agreement. Fortunately I brought all my purchase documents with me since I had to produce the booklet, and point out the paragraph indicating that my damaged tire was covered and should be repaired without cost to me. This information is in the dealership's database and should have been accessed immediately, rather than requiring me to push the point and insist. Ultimately, the repair was done and without charge, but this tactic is very unfriendly, and disrespectful to customers who have in 2 years spent $60,000 on new vehicles. More
