Fox Toyota - Service Center

I have stopped going there for any service First 2 service was great but afterwards few times after scheduled service week later I had to return with unsatisfied answers from the lady at recept First 2 service was great but afterwards few times after scheduled service week later I had to return with unsatisfied answers from the lady at reception. Other guy at first service day sounds more kndowlgeble and very helpful whom I met first time. One time she was gossiping with person at front desk after waiting 30 minutes she told I couldn't get the service today because it's too late. Other day I had to come back without even getting service although I was having problem with my car and maintenance sign was on, she refused to have the car checked. More

The recall work was done early than expected, I also had a light on the dashboard indicating low tire pressure. As far as I knew, all the tires were fine....”What about the spare tire?” The service representative asked. THAT was the issue! I also needed 3 keys I had purchased on EBay, cut for my car. They took care of the keys, NO CHARGE! I drove away, with the recall work done early, light on my dashboard figured out, then fixed; and my new keys made...and I didn’t have to pay for anything!! Incredible!!! More

No inspection I was supposed to get a full vehicle inspection done along with my recall. When I picked up my car, they couldn't tell me if an inspection and been do I was supposed to get a full vehicle inspection done along with my recall. When I picked up my car, they couldn't tell me if an inspection and been done and could provide me with no inspection report. I just purchased the vehicle and needed to know if it needed any immediate work or to expect anything down the line. I was basically told, your recall is done, sorry I can't tell you anything about a vehicle inspection, have a good day. Wasn't very pleased. To add to the experience, they called to let me know my vehicle was done mid day. I waited until early evening to come to be sure it was ready. I had to wait 25 minutes for my car to be brought around to me. More
