Great bunch of people I don't normally purchase from dealerships. These guys sure changed my mind. I live 3 hours away and was hesitant on driving so far to look at a used I don't normally purchase from dealerships. These guys sure changed my mind. I live 3 hours away and was hesitant on driving so far to look at a used truck. Boy, was I glad I did. The truck was everything they said it was and more. Since I was out of state, they succeeded in taking care of everything to finish the deal in one trip. This took some effort on their part and I would like them to know how thankful I am that they saved me a second trip up and back. From Mr. Cary, to the gentleman from the finance dept. to Silverio Melchor who guided us through the purchase. Great job! The used (2017 Traverse) vehicle was impeccably clean (looked like a new car) - you really need to let your detailers know that they made a great impression. The only down side was that the vehicle had only one key & the customer had to pay (reduced costs) to have the second key made. That being said, the dealership did make arrangements for a "loaner" so we could eat dinner while the key was being made. More
