We got what we wanted We went in to the dealership to get a car wash and just look around. And no oil change was done. Just out of parking lot and checked recite and noticed oil wasn't changed so returned to service center and questioned why it wasn't done and after staring at screen was told it will be changed right away. I expect more out of Boucher Chevrolet than that. I only have been doing business with you for 20 plus years. More

friendly accomodating I was late for my 12:00 appt. I was so relieved that they agreed they would make it work. WIth the construction around Fox Comm area at KR and hwy I was late for my 12:00 appt. I believe I was also pondering the glaze ice that was anticipated and the temperature. The only I now have a question on is did the tires get rotated or not? so if I was late........maybe that didnt get done. Nothing was said. I was told all ok, and that fluids were topped off. The temp went up enough that I got a free car rinse off which is always good!?!? Thank you for understanding not everything runs by the clock even so hard as we try. More
