Went in for oil change and a couple of issues I had recently. I was told they were too busy and could only do oil change. I can understand that however when they oil change was done they made me feel l recently. I was told they were too busy and could only do oil change. I can understand that however when they oil change was done they made me feel like I was a bother and gave me a card telling me to call and schedule service. Why could they not take the time to schedule the service right then? I am busy at work so now I have to call to get service scheduled also. I will call but it will be somewhere else. Sorry but I have been a loyal customer for oil changes for years but it is time to find someone that is happy to take my money, make me smile, and feel better about service. I also can't stand the bullying method Chevrolet dealers use saying if you can't give a perfect review don't give one unless you call. They did an oil change and nothing more or special. Thanks for doing the oil change right. More

Chris helped me get my car fixed and explained how everything was going on.He also fixed the leaking transmission lines that I wasn’t aware of they were leaking he saved me money and another car appoi everything was going on.He also fixed the leaking transmission lines that I wasn’t aware of they were leaking he saved me money and another car appointment so I’m very grateful and impressed by Chris going over and above for the schedule appointment.
