The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. Frank Boucher Kia of Racine is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin, and we have been rated in the top 10% for customer satisfaction among dealerships in the United States. Purchased a 2022 Expedition over the phone, had the car shipped. Spoke to several people, and all willingly to make the deal work. I was assured the car was in perfect condition, and completed there state shipped. Spoke to several people, and all willingly to make the deal work. I was assured the car was in perfect condition, and completed there state mandated inspection with no issues. Upon arrival, the windshield had a big chip in it, the size of a quarter. Okay, I can handle that myself. Then there was only 1 set of keys, that would have been nice to be told. Fast forward a few days after my wife driving it she tells me keyless entry on the door doesn’t work at all, and rear wiper doesn’t work either. I understand I purchased a used car, but it was still $50K+ and only 2/3 years old. Would have been nice if this was actually taken care or noted prior to purchasing. Other than that, my wife does seem happy with it. More
