Rollercoaster of a purchase 5/12/17 I saw a new 2016 Kia Sorento online and emailed the dealership.  I was told the price provided online would be the highest I would pay.  I se 5/12/17 I saw a new 2016 Kia Sorento online and emailed the dealership.  I was told the price provided online would be the highest I would pay.  I set up a time to come in and check out two Sorento's, a new one and used one.  Upon arrival at the dealership I was met by Suzanne who then turned me over to salesman Lee McGee.  Lee was extremely pleasant to work with and went out of his way to make sure I understood the differences between the 2 vehicles.  I ended up buying the new 2016 Sorento for the price I was given.  I traded in a vehicle and was given a good KBB price.  I went through financing with the dealership, I have good credit and they initially provided me a rate of 2.9, however with a purchase of additional warranty I was dropped to a 1.9 interest rate through Kia. Financing process was done politely.  I was provided additional car care options and was not pushed for unwanted extras.  I was told I would have my first oil change for free.  This is the second new vehicle I purchased from the Boucher group of Racine. (first was 2012 chevy traverse, 63000 miles and no major problems). Overall I would give this experience on a scale of 1-5 a high 4.  I would give it a 5 but a part of me thinks the dealership got the better part of the deal.  I wouldn't mind as long as Lee gets a decent portion of it in commission :) he did an excellent job! 5/17/17 Well so much for a high review, I get a call from them saying they provided a rebate I did not qualify for 500 dollars.  First offer is for me to return and they would give me 250 more for my trade.  Then 350 more.  I tell them give me my car back and I'll return the new vehicle.  There reply we cant do that you signed a legal document! Really!  Now I have to drive an hour to redo paperwork!   Saga continues... After a couple emails I get a phone call from Boucher Rep Keri H. Keri says she looked into the matter and found a different lender. Says they will send paperwork to my house for signatures. Says monthly payment will go down. Thank you Keri! Contract arrived, It appears I was given extra money on my trade in and a discount on a service contract. I can again recommend Boucher KIA. More

Another great experience at Boucher VW I purchased a TDI wagon back in 2010 from Boucher, which I had driven until the buyback. I was not thrilled with the buyback overall but Scott worked I purchased a TDI wagon back in 2010 from Boucher, which I had driven until the buyback. I was not thrilled with the buyback overall but Scott worked with me to help me find a vehicle that would work for my needs. I narrowed my choices down to a All Track SEL, after test driving a lot of cars. Scott worked with me over the past 6 months as i stumbled through the buyback process answering my million off the wall questions. If he didn't have an answer he got back to me in a short time. Scott was able to acquire one of three vehicles that matched my preference in the Midwest, all while making me a great deal on it. I give them an A+ and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
