I bought a 2025 Kia Soul. Waited 4 1/2 hours after traveling 2 hours in snow storm. They knew we were coming didn;t try to have things ready. I asked them to verify my mileage from 2012 Kia so I could get reimbursed for mileage which 2012 Kia Souls received after miles verified. They sold the car and than left me flat, no help. Yes facility was nice and clean. Yes most people very nice while sale was going on.. Everything was suppose to be ready and all needed to be done was sign the papers and write my check so didn't understand why 4 1/2 hour wait. Thought I had made a good decision on driving 2 hours to get car but truthfully I wouldn't do it again at least not in Racine. Very Disappointed. They lost 3 new car sales because of all of this from senior friends of mine. More
