I arrived 1hr early for my appointment. (my mistake) They were able to squeeze me in ahead of time. Since I hadn't eaten lunch, I asked for a recommendation for a restaurant. More interested in selling me something than providing customer service. I guess a new building and all the tech tools means less customer care. Dustin couldn’t have cared less if I had bought or leased 4 vehicles from the dealership and had ALL my maintenance needs serviced at the dealership for over 20 years. Anneke at the KIA would never have treated me in this manner. Oh how I wished my express service could have been done there rather than the shiny new building ……. Good old fashioned customer care still matters! More
