new engine replacement good service , the engine on my kia froze up , needed a new one . had a new one installed in3/12 days the only thing i was not awear of is there was good service , the engine on my kia froze up , needed a new one . had a new one installed in3/12 days the only thing i was not awear of is there was a recall on that .engine , i was told that earlier in the year the dealer ship did some thing with the computer system that was suppose to helpthe problem , but it didnt . but i was never told that the engine might fail. good thing it happened in town and not when i might of been 100 miles from here , which i was the week before i was not awear of any problem about the engine . if it was that bad why wasnt the engine replaced right away ??????? Great Service and Honest Price I brought my car in for a front brake job and when the repair was to take longer than expected they gave me a shuttle ride to and from home. I realize I brought my car in for a front brake job and when the repair was to take longer than expected they gave me a shuttle ride to and from home. I realize that a dealer has to charge more for their repairs to pay for the incredible investment they have in their business and I am willing to pay a bit more to serve that purpose. My brakes work well and they even improved the performance of the front end and steering. I hope to continue this relationship. More
