I worked with Josh Kirby and Mike Byrne on resolving an issue that we originally had due to a misunderstanding about the purchase of a new Dodge Nitro. They expressed that they were sorry about the misunderstanding and I felt that they did all that they could in order to make up for it in the end. I was pleased that they took care of everything and got us on our way with our new Nitro. I very much appreciate Josh and Mike's hard work and their determination to get the deal worked out. I know that at times they may have been a little frustrated with me, but they still took the time to explain everything to me and were with me from start to finish.
