I worked with Josh Kirby and Mike Byrne on resolving an issue that we originally had due to a misunderstanding about the purchase of a new Dodge Nitro. They worked with me and we were able to reach a deal that everybody could agree to. After some initial frustration we worked it out professionally and at the end of the day everybody was happy. They expressed that they were sorry about the misunderstanding and I felt that they did all that they could in order to make up for it in the end. I was pleased that they took care of everything and got us on our way with our new Nitro. I very much appreciate Josh and Mike's hard work and their determination to get the deal worked out. I know that at times they may have been a little frustrated with me, but they still took the time to explain everything to me and were with me from start to finish.
