Your salesman Dylan Mancuso needs to be fired he sold me a junk car that has many issues with it. He faked passing the emissions test and told me a lie that I would receive the Frank Leta For Life warranty when I leased the vehicle only to discover I don’t have any coverage on my vehicle. Your manager Tony needs to be fired because when my mother tried relaying our shared concerns with the car all he could do was blame it on the car having more than 100k miles he did not even listen to anything we had to say. Everyone in your service department needs a refresher course on customer service they are so rude and dont even answer their phones respond to voicemails or anything! Lastly youre company sold me a junk car. It was only 3 days after I drove off the lot that the check engine light came on and when I came to get it fixed the service team told me one thing and the manager Tony told me another thing so already there were conflicting reports about the car issues which leads me to believe they are lying and covering their xxxxx because they know they let Dylan an inexperienced car salesman sell me a junk car and didn’t want to admit their wrong doing or refund me my down payment or help me out at all with repairs. I just had to take off from work to drive it to the dealership only for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do for me now I am stuck with a junk car that I have to repair almost everything on it from broken taillights to engine issues to the hot and cold air not working; NONE of which were disclosed to me before buying. I have a lawyer looking into Lemon Laws because what your company is doing is illegal selling unfit cars to vulnerable your women. You all need to go back to orientation because the way you are running this business is illegal and you will have a lawsuit against you for malpractice and predatory lending practices. Not to mention the malice intent youre manager and service team showed when they banded together to hide the fact the car had a check engine issue only 3 days after leaving the lot.
