I bought a used 2014 CTS from these people. During the test drive there was a loud banging. The salesman said " there sure are some deep potholes around here". After i bought the car i found out it had a test drive there was a loud banging. The salesman said " there sure are some deep potholes around here". After i bought the car i found out it had a broken strut. They agreed to replace the broken strut but these are replaced in pairs and they refused to replace the other and charged me $1500 to replace the other. Also the brakes squeal loudly, they checked them out and said nothing wrong with them. They still squeal. I had to pull over to the side of the road, attempted to use emergency flashers....guess what ? the emergency flashers don't work. The entertainment /info system keeps shorting out and going haywire. The rear climate control system does not work. I told them about it the salesman said " yeah we know about that and it was figured into the price". Now the engine is running rough. They sure did seem like nice people. Very courteous and such but dang if they didn't rip me off. There is no way this vehicle was inspected. they also lied to cover up the damage and faulty equipment. They didn't honor their creed of customer satisfaction. This is mine and my wifes 5th Cadillac. we have had nothing but stellar experiences with Cadillac and its products until now. Frankel and Chesapeake Cadillac does NOT measure up to the standards of excellence we have come to expect from a Cadillac dealer. We will never do business with this dealership again, I also issue a warning to other consumers to stay away from them. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them again. More
