Highly recommend Franklin Ford! I recently bought a used F 150 from them. The salesman Sergey was great. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and was proactive in keeping in touch with me. Sales manager George was great as well. Negotiated a fair price for my trade and worked out agreeable numbers with no hassle or a lot of back and forth. Had a few issues arise after buying the truck and they both were front and center, even though they probably didn't have to, making sure the problems were fixed to my satisfaction. I've been to and dealt with many dealerships over the years and they are, by far, the best I've dealt with! This is why I plan on bypassing a Ford dealership that's 10 minutes from my house and drive 1/2 hour to have them service my truck. They are the best!! More
