The service department is disorganized, doesn’t communicate, and over promises on warranty repairs. They also will not provide a loaner vehicle when repairing a brand new vehicle with 6000 miles o communicate, and over promises on warranty repairs. They wouldn’t even cover an Uber charge to pick up the vehicle after being in the service center for over three days. There is also no way to pick up the keys for a repaired vehicle on Sundays. More

Working with Tom was a pleasant experience both over the phone and in person. The vehicle was inspected, problem diagnosed and repaired as agreed. Tom mentioned the inspection revealed significant wear on phone and in person. The vehicle was inspected, problem diagnosed and repaired as agreed. Tom mentioned the inspection revealed significant wear on the inside edge of a front tire and that all four tires had less than 5000 miles before replacement Tom explained the Michelin tire deal available through the dealership that included alignment and was a great value. The vehicle left the dealership in excellent condition on a new set of tires. Thanks Tom. More
