Both sales and service departments have always been outstanding in their attention to our needs. In fact, we have never had a negative experience. This is a marked departure from several other Greenville dealerships we have dealt with in the past. We drive over an hour to deal with Bradshaw Acura and always come away with the feeling that staff cares about us and our car. No more dreading to visit the car dealership. Great job. More
Terrific Acura Service Center I have been bringing my 2000 Acura RL to the Bradshaw Acura since I returned to South Carolina in July 2008. There has never been anythng to complain about nor to adjust. My Service Advisor, Jennifer Rios is always wonderful, always on top of what my car's needs are, what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. I count on her advice and counsel. The customer waiting area is comfortable and accommodating and always has coffee or tea, water, and snacks available. I have never been sorry I bought my Acura and never been sorry I chose Bradshaw Acura to service my car. More

We travel 50 minutes to get there but it s worth it. We love Colton in the service department. Would recommend him !!! More
DON'T BUY "AS IS" VEHICLE FROM BRADSHAW - YOU WILL REGRET IT I waited 4 months to write this review just to make sure I had calmed down and was being fair... In short, I bought an "as is" BMW from Bradshaw that died two days later. The salesman was absolutely NO HELP. They refused to give me my money back, so I was stuck. After two weeks of haggling, they did agree to roll the old deal into a new deal, but I had to pay FULL RETAIL on the price on the second vehicle to get the deal to work. I got burned to the tune of about $3000. BEWARE of BRADSHAW AUTOMOTIVE, YOU WILL GET BURNED!! More

Great Dealership! My wife and I were in the market for a new or pre-owned car and we had decided on a Honda Civic prior to our search. We used the Breakaway website and found a couple pre-owned options that were right for us and left an inquiry. We immediately heard back from Dana Conner in regards to our inquiry. He was very professional and accomodating to our needs. After the test drive and overall experience with the Breakaway staff we were sold. We had a chance to meet with Andy Brand in the finance department and he worked really hard to get us the best finance rate possible, which was greatly appreciated. They all did a great job! Normally I do not use the dealer's service department once my car is out of warranty. However, I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The waiting area, the staff are just awesome. The prices are compatible with non-dealer repair shops. Most importantly, their professionalism, their veracity and mutual respect is what keeps me coming back. The attitude of this service group is happily contagious. Love these guys!! More
easy to buy a new car I had a 2003 MDX that I bought in NJ and had serviced here for the last 9 years - so I have been a fan of their service department. I eventually I had a 2003 MDX that I bought in NJ and had serviced here for the last 9 years - so I have been a fan of their service department. I eventually traded it in for a new MDX - negotiating was easy, but you need to know your willing buy pricing ahead of time (ie: Consumer reports, Costo car buying, or others.) Dealing with JJ was easy and fair. Any small differences in price was easily justified because of Bradshaw's reputation. I bought new car without even driving it and love it.
