Truly the best experience with a Dealership yet! My wife and I are not exaggerating when we say that this is the best experience we have had with a car dealer to date. We are from out of town and my wife had to travel to purchase the new 2016 MDX. So glad we came to Greenville versus taking the 1.5 hour drive to the Charleston Acura dealer. Evan was especially patient because we could not make it the week before to purchase the car as was promised (working two jobs, two children and a death in the family intervened). Evan was patient, did not push, but when we did show up the next weekend- made sure to be accommodating and go out of his way. The entire dealership re-worked the numbers and were beyond nice. Evan, JJ (always smiling and double checking if all was well), the finance gentleman (who I cannot recall his name- but he too took time to explain everything- no rush but did not make it as painful as in the past) were all 3 amazing. They took time without taking too much time. We love the car that was purchased already. I hope this team of 3 plus (that we had the pleasure of dealing with) continue to be there for decades to come because we will come back if they are at this dealership. Thank you! The next day I called him on my lunch break about coming by and he met me at the car. They gave me a more than fair offer on my 2003 Infiniti with over 308,000 miles on it. Dissatisfied with technician, Colton. I called multiple times regarding the status of my vehicle. I was placard on eternal hold. I finally insisted on speaking with Colton because I needed I called multiple times regarding the status of my vehicle. I was placard on eternal hold. I finally insisted on speaking with Colton because I needed the service to be completed on the same day. He had called me with questions. My car was kept an additional day. I was provided a loaner upon request. Also , at checkout I had to request an explanation of my service. This is the first time my experience has been less than excellent. More
