David Dobson responded promptly to our email inquiry and answered ou We found the vehicle we were interested in buying at Bradshaw Acura on Cars.com. David Dobson responded promptly to our email inquiry and answered our initial questions about the vehicle. Since we were driving down to Greenville (SC) from Harrisburg (NC) - some 120 miles - we wanted accurate information up front to keep from wasting our time and money and/or the dealership's. David provided us with good answers, which we found to be accurate when we arrived for our test drive. The few issues and concerns we found with the used vehicle were addressed by David and he was able to get them taken care of to our satisfaction. On the day we drove back to South Carolina to complete the deal and pick up the vehicle, we were met by Eddie Hunt and he walked us through the final stages of the purchase. Eddie is an extremely pleasant, personable and professional individual and he made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a positive buying experience at Bradshaw Acura, and so far (its been less than a week at the time of this writing) we are pleased with the pre-owned vehicle we purchased. The only issue that we really had with Bradshaw Acura was the price they offered us on our trade-in. After having had our vehicle appraised at several other dealerships during our search, Bradshaw's offer was the lowest one we received by several hundred dollars. While not at all pleased with that aspect of the deal, we have to say that Bradshaw Acura did indeed negotiate with us in good faith on the final price of the vehicle we wanted to buy and in the end we feel we got a fair deal overall. More

Just Like I Wanted It To Be I have been a Bradshaw Acura customer for many years. The last 3 vehicles I owned were sold to my by the late Wayne Wilson. On a casual meeting in t I have been a Bradshaw Acura customer for many years. The last 3 vehicles I owned were sold to my by the late Wayne Wilson. On a casual meeting in the Service Area, I was introduced to Evan Lindsay. He gave me his business card which I kept in the glove box for years. You see, the 2006 MDX was the best vehicle I have ever owned. Parting with it would be a "life change." I re-introduced myself to Evan via email and followed up with the purchase of a new MDX. Much like Wayne Wilson, he made the purchase turn-key and simple....just like I wanted it to be. I'm not a "review" person, but this continued loyalty to Bradshaw Acura is fueled by Doug Holiday and an excellent Service Department. I'm really enjoying my new MDX. Now, if I can just figure out what this button does? ;) More

He listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver just that. I wasn't bombarded with a long list of options that I didn't ask for or want. The entire team at Bradshaw from Jennifer and Doug in the service department to Evan and JJ in sales are great to work with. Bradshaw already does all of my servicing. I will be coming back to them for my future car purchases. More
