He immediately grabbed the key for the BMW Z4 SDrive35i that I came to see and gave me a complete tour of the car. Although they were about to close for the day, he didn't rush and still let me take the car for a spin in city and highway. The car was just as expected, and with a really good price. I was sold! The very next business day Patrick called me in the morning and told me they had financing for me approved and the car was ready for me to pick up. Went in, signed a few documents and in less than 30 minutes I was driving my new Z4 home. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Definetly recommend these guys. More

Mislead I recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Avalon and when test driving the vehicle I noticed a noise coming the rear as did the salesman with me. He said th I recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Avalon and when test driving the vehicle I noticed a noise coming the rear as did the salesman with me. He said that if I was interested in purchasing the car he would have their service dept. check the noise out to determine exactly what it was. When I called back to say I was interested and mentioned the noise to another salesman he said he would have them check it out. When I talked with him later I was told that they were ordering a part and would have it repaired. When I picked up the car after the repair the noise was still there, they had repaired something else. This is a very evident noise and I am no mechanic but I can tell it comes from the rear. I've had the car checked out by someone else and was told that the noise is coming from the rear struts and they need to be replaced. I am very disappointed in Bradshaw and very upset that my concern was not addressed. If I had known that I would have to spend quite a bit of money as soon as I purchased the car, it probably would have figured in my decision to buy. More

The salesman was Evan Lindsay and he was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. It was wonderful. They were patient with my three visits and answered all my questions. It was a great experience. I love the Acura I purchased. It was the best dealership of the five that I visited for respect, certainly knowledge and pleasant personalities. More
