cb900fer - We are sorry that we were unable renegotiate acceptable terms for you on the vehicle. Yes the vehicle did have some minor issues, as would be expected on a 10 year old vehicle. However, we felt it was not to the extent that would have justified another $940 off. Your research itself showed KBB value with "may require minor touch ups" was $11,648. We had agreed, prior to you coming up, to $11,500 sale price. The KBB price does not include sales tax, tags, or closing fees. You did state that we agreed to work with you a couple of hundred dollars on the already agreed to price. We are sorry that we were not able to meet your service level expectations. All parties involved have met and discussed how we can make certain that we better handle issues such as being more supportive with showing the vehicle in service and discussing reasonable solutions. However, please understand that when we negotiate a long range deal, we are not going to be able to reasonably negotiate an additional $900+ dollars off an already agreed to price.
