Even the "paper work", completed with Scott Grove, was done quickly and professionally. Wayne helped install my phone, demonstrated some of the cars technology, and successfully answered every question I had. He was Professional, Knowledgable, Friendly, and Helpful, and totally dispelled any negative images of the trade in process I might have feared. I recently purchased a 2009 Acura TL from Bradshaw Acura in Greenville, SC. In the past, when I have purchased a car, it has been an ordeal. We were approached soon after we arrived by a salesman with a warm smile and a handshake; instead of the typical “Can I help you with something.” Later, when my husband and I discussed our experience at Bradshaw, we both thought that when we first saw Tino Sullivan at the dealership we knew that he was going to take care of us. He is a very warm and down to earth person who went the extra mile to make sure that we got what we wanted. Tino was an excellent salesman and he provided amazing service. We knew that he was trying to help us in any way he could. We firmly believe that if it would not have been for Tino we would not have purchased the car that day.
