Another man, Keith Payne, after seeing me waiting, came to me and got my check-in completed for Chris. He was friendly and conversational, as he filled out my check-in paperwork and took me to Chris’s desk. Chris came and was friendly, but it would have been nice if he would have said something like, “Sorry about the wait. I was finishing up with another customer.” My service work was done in a short time, and Chris was polite and professional at checkout. The female ringing me up was friendly as well. More

I was very pleased with my sales associate. Jerrell he was very pleasant and encouraged me to take my time. The only unpleasant experience was paying for the car. I don’t know why they couldn’t contact my bank to insure funds. instead I had to go purchase a cashiers check, which was a bit of a hassle and took much longer than it should have to purchase the vehicle.. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and although they sent it to the car washer , the inside was not as clean as it should have been. There was something spilled on the back seat that did not get cleaned at all. Other than that it was pretty good and I would recommend Jerrell for your associate. More

Took the truck in second time for an original problem hopefully they fixed it this time. While the truck was in for repairs technicians scratched the chrome on my front bumper and the top of the chrome g hopefully they fixed it this time.
