I took the door panel off, figured out the cheap cable system broke. Needs new regulator. Arrived today: After an hour, they tell me...it needs a window regulator - I told them that on the phone. Two days for part to arrive. Another reschedule. No loaners avail for a MONTH. This is when she started getting snarky...and yeah, she did. This would be funny if it wasn't true: I can buy the regulator on ebay for $200 and save myself a whole lotta snark from Mariah. She actually said: Do you want me to cancel the order? (after telling her I can get one on ebay). Yes, Mariah....cancel my order. More

Did not buy a car from them. After a couple of hours and several calls and emails they finally figured out that the car i was interested in they no longer had.
