The first day we went by on a whim, only about 30 minutes before closing. Gordon was so gracious and accommodating. We didn't make a deal that night but both Gordon and the management team were forthcoming and informative without pushing us in the slightest bit. I have purchased and leased cars all over Greenville. Believe me, Breakaway is different from everywhere else I've done business. The fact that I wasn't made to feel guilty that first night I left was extraordinary and was the only reason I went back yesterday after Adam gave me a call to discuss the deal further. I went back in and with no hassle whatsoever we reached an agreement that met my family's needs. Adam's demeanor and honesty was a great blessing. I have full confidence in Breakaway as a result. I thought the experience could not go any better but after I reached a deal things improved even more. The portion of the deal involving signing papers was so smooth and I was not once pushed to make any additional purchases or add-ons. The services were offered and I was grateful, but there was no arm twisting. And then after signing papers Gordon was so incredibly helpful in showing both me and my wife how different things on the CR-V work and going over the owner's manual with us. He synced our phones into bluetooth and even helped us clean out the vehicle we traded in (which I might add we received a very fair trade in value for, this sealed the deal). Again, I would recommend breakaway to anyone and plan on doing business with them in the future. We are so very pleased with Gordon and Adam and our entire experience. More

I was in a precarious situation; my car had been totalled and I was not prepared to buy another one and my budget for a car payment was very tight. The folks at Breakaway treated me with the same respect that a customer buying a $40,000 car would expect. My situation was handled with great empathy. They worked diligently to find me a very nice car that fit my budget and stayed late on a Saturday to get me in the car that day, since all I had at the moment was a heap of twisted metal. That evening, I went to Kelly Blue Book just to see - did I get a good deal? I'm happy to say I did get an extremely good deal! I am a Breakaway Honda customer for life. As far as I'm concerned, there is no where else to buy a car in the Upstate. Keep up the good work!! More

From the moment I arrived, I was well-taken care of by the friendly, professional sales team--particularly Mr. Richard Lane and Mr. Frank Eighmey, who were very thoughtful, courteous and competent. I wasn't pressured to buy anything I didn't want--they just offered me a great deal and they had the key in my hand in no time. I would highly recommend Breakaway Honda to all of my friends. Told the salesman Ariel Sanchez I was not buying a car that night. Made it clear he was NOT to hit my credit with a hard inquiry until I had decided I was really interested. He assured me he had not and would not, but he did! Held on to my keys while pressuring me to buy otherwise I would have left. His financial guy tried ruthlessly to persuade me to sign that night. When I would not cave he rudely walked off!! Would not step foot in there again. Today I drove from Greer to Hendrick Honda in Easley, completely night and day difference in the experience . Hedrick has earned my business and I will be a repeat customer there in years to come. Jeremy made buying a car painless after Breakaway nearly turned me off Honda all together. More

I had heard good things about Breakaway Honda so when I needs another car for my daughter I went to your location to see what was available in used ca I had heard good things about Breakaway Honda so when I needs another car for my daughter I went to your location to see what was available in used cars I could afford. After stepping inside the front door I was met by Charles Kelley who came clear across the room to greet me and shake my hand. The whole time we talked and he showed different cars to me, he acted more like I was his father and he was very respectful and helpful. I came back three different days, we looked at cars on different lots, and he started many cars for me to test drive and listen to. Some days were very warm and Mr. Kelly never seemed impatient with me. He ran everywhere he went. My daughter loves the car and we will be back for another soon, ( I have three daughters).
