Mr. Coffy, After reading your last notes regarding your Accord, I was surprised that there was no notation regarding whether or not you ever brought the vehicle in for the problems that you described. It's always concerning when people post a grievance or concern before the merchant has any opportunity to respond. After further research, I noted that you do have an appointment for next week in the Breakaway Honda Service department regarding your concern. We look forward to investigating your concerns and addressing them.

Regarding your question on whether I ever brought the vehicle in for the problems on the Honda before the comment, the answer is no. I was actually shocked that the vehicle was able to be a Certified Honda in its condition. Please remember that this was the follow up vehicle I purchased after Breakaway Honda failed to fully disclose and the ensuing entrapment which was the original complaint. Your comment: "It's always concerning when people post a grievance or concern before the merchant has any opportunity to respond" I note that your concern does not go deep enough to ever deal with the original complaint.
