We purchased our first Honda from Breakaway in 2005. We used the Service Department to service our Honda over the 8 years we owned the vehicle. We are very please with the Service Department. I began doing some research in regards to our next purchase of a Honda product several months ago and contacted Mr. Haines. He told me about the internet. sales. On Thursday, 1/16 is was a very good tool in my pursuit to find the make, model and mileage of different vehicles available at Breakaway. When we arrived at the Dealership on Friday, 1/17 it allowed us to be ready to see the vehicle we were interested in test driving. Michael Hartle was the salesman that approached us as we got out of our vehicle to ask of if he could help us. Michael was very helpful and available through our entire time at Breakaway. He was able to answer all our questions and assisted us thoroughly as we looked at the different Honda available to us. He treated us as though we was his only customer for that day. When we met with Chris in finance it was a very positive experience. He explained everything we were signing in detail and able to answer any questions we asked. We have and will continue to recommend Breakaway to our friends and family. More

This was our first visit to Breakaway Honda. We came from out of town to look at a used CR-V that was advertised, but ended up purchasing a new model. The figures they presented to us were clear and straightforward, and we felt that we reached a price that was fair to both sides. This was the first time we've bought a new car that we actually knew what we paid for it! We spent many hours making our decision, but they never lost patience or seemed annoyed, and we never had the feeling that they were pressuring us. The 2 sales people with whom we dealt are a credit to your dealership and were as different from stereotypical car salespeople as can be. More
Breakaway Honda matched the best price I had seen on TrueCar.com. In addition, their did not charge me for about $700 of options on the MSRP Label. Several other car dealers said they could not make a deal considering there was still 6 payments to be made on my current Toyota lease. Breakaway paid the lease off as well. I was going to pay for the car in cash. Gordon suggested that I finance $5000 because that would qualify the car to have another $500 price reduction. Considering I was going to pay cash anyway, I will pay the financing off within a week. Gorden got me a deal other car lots said that couldn't be done and and additional $500 off. Last, but not least, I need a week to sell a potion of my IRA to pay the car off, never-the-less, they let me drive the car home without having put so much as a penny down. I was getting sick during the negotiations due to my blood sugar running 442. ( I had breakfast at IHOP with syrup.) Gordon took care of me by repeatedly fetching bottles of water for me. Gorden was friendly, listened to my tired old jokes, saved me money, and provided great service. I definitely WOULD recommend this dealership to other people. They had advised me to pay them a visit because they could make deals happen where other dealers could not. They lived up to their claim. Joe Perito More
