Mzrk Becker went out of his way to explain everthing I needed to know about the Civic that I was buying. He did all the detail work on getting our cell phones integrated into the Bluetooth setup. My wife and I went to Breakaway Honda to just check out what they had available. We glanced at new and used cars and ended up test driving a couple of used FIT's with Dakota. Dakota answered all my questions and let me drive as many different colors of the same vehicle as I wanted before I made up my mind. We returned about 3 weeks later on a Saturday and we were more serious about buying a car after checking other dealers sites. They did not have the color I wanted. But I was interested in a brand new red Honda FIT. We went to talk to the Sales Manager, Robby Upton and after going over the figures and discussing things (not high pressured at all) I brought up my want of a BLACK FIT. Robby said he can have a black one sent over for me to check out if I was serious about buying one. I returned that Monday and the car was there waiting on me. I loved it and ended up buying and trading my Honda Civic. The experience was great and this was the second brand new car I have bought from Breakaway Honda. Thanks Dakota and Robby. My experience with Bud Fitzpatrick was excellent, however, once I started dealing with the sales manager Adam, things went down hill. I requested a competitive bid from Bud and got it as they were b however, once I started dealing with the sales manager Adam, things went down hill. I requested a competitive bid from Bud and got it as they were bidding against other Honda dealers. Their first bid was not competitive and I left a message with Bud telling him so. Several days later Adam called me all in a huff because he said no one beat Breakaway. When I told him in this case they had and by about $30 a month on a lease, he then offered me a much better deal, but he would not put it in writing. He told me that I had to come into the dealership in order to take advantage of that offer. We were about to leave on a trip overseas, and I told him I would contact him when we returned in about 10 days. When we returned I contacted him, and he again offered the same deal, but still would not put it in writing. We did go into the dealership on 1/26 to take advantage of his offer, and when we got there, the offer was somewhat different than what he offered on the phone, although still much better than the other offers I had from other dealerships. Somewhat of a bait and switch situation. All of my dealings with him I felt he was extremely high pressure, and they were not at all pleasant. Bud Fitzpatrick was not involved in any of the price negotiations. He was very helpful in explaining the new car, which because of all of the changes in the 2013 model were very necessary. More

Breakaway Honda has always been my favorite dealership, but when I came to them needing a new car immediately...they made no delays! I found the car that I was interested in on Breakaway Honda's website, but when I came to them needing a new car immediately...they made no delays! Dana Conner and Robby Upton allowed me to test drive another vehicle like the one I was interested in, and kept in contact with me through the week with updates on when the car I wanted would be on the lot. As first time car buyers with no credit, they worked hard to find me the best interest rate they could. I walked away from Breakaway Honda, happy with my purchase and the way we were treated. I will never give my business to another dealership. Breakaway Honda's employees and service to their customers cannot be beat. More

I was quoted a fair price from the outset and was assured there was only one add-on fee; the price was better than most dealers gave me and there were no last-minute surprises with fees for "options," "dealer transportation," or anything else. I was given a good price for my trade-in, matching my CarMax offer with no playing games. They promised to match a financing rate I'd been quoted from a financial institution, and in the end they even did a half-point better. I love my new Accord and will recommend Mark Becker and Breakaway Honda to anyone! More
