We were very satisfied with our buying experience at Breakaway. The Dana answered all of our questions, was very patient with us, gave my wife and I space to discuss the purchase, and was very friendly Breakaway. Customer service was overall average. It was very poor at some times but good at others. Ben wanted the sale and took care of us, as well as the finance guy. The finance guy took some time to build some rapp some times but good at others. Ben wanted the sale and took care of us, as well as the finance guy. I initially visited Breakaway because it is a volume dealer and being from out of the Greenville area I wanted a dealership close to retail shopping and restaurants on service call visits. Mark went above and beyond to make purchasing a new Honda Pilot a great experience. I was given fair, upfront pricing and given a fair price for my trade vehicle. I even enjoyed dealing with the sales manager, Adam Rainwater (That would not be the case at other dealerships).
