When shopping for a new vehicle, I did a lot of shopping online. Christine answered me back promptly and worked with me to get me the car I was wanting and at a price we could both live with. She was absolutely wonderful through the whole deal. She was professional, listened to what I wanted and did not want, and found exactly what I was looking for. NONE of the other internet sales people I had been in contact with had done that. She impressed me, and it takes a lot for a sales person to impress me. I had 2 cars and was trying to get down to 1 and no one at BreakAway had a problem with that. She located what I wanted and needed and notified me when it arrived, and met me there to show it to me. We made the deal with a handshake(the old-fashioned way business needs to go back to) on Friday night and traded on Saturday. She got the prep done on Saturday even though I told her it was not a big deal to wait til the next week. She made trading as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend her and BreakAway! She told me that she was giving me the lowest price she could and that did not change in our negotiation. She worked really hard with the manager to match my trade in value. Christine and Ramiro in finance managed to get me a 1.9% with an anemic credit. Christine will strike you as a very open and likeable person who will not dance around with false promises or make you waste your time. Between test drive and paperwork I was out with my new truck in less than two hours that felt like 20 minutes thanks to Christine. More
