We worked with Mark Becker and Ricky Rogers. Both were very knowledgeable and did what they needed to do to get the deal done......including driving to a dealership in another state to get us the car we w very knowledgeable and did what they needed to do to get the deal done......including driving to a dealership in another state to get us the car we were looking for within 24 hours of our first contact. Very impressed with Breakaway including the finance department. Pleasant experience overall. It was absolutely awesome to work with Breakaway. Within 2 hours I was driving away in my new car. My associate was a pleasure to work with; friendly, understanding and great with my 3 year old daughter when I was busy with the paperwork. 10 years ago I walked off the Breakaway lot due to their unwillingness to deal on a new car and the rudeness of their employees. They let us take the Honda Pilot on a test drive (alone) and answered all our questions. Mr. Thompson was easy to talk to and I never felt pressured by him throughout the entire process. Their first offer was actually very close to where my goal was so there was very little negotiating required and was the less stress I have ever felt buying a new car. More

I think that I should be compensated for the time that I am having to wait for my new car to show up at Breakaway Honda!
