Was approved by Road Loans (Santan der) for a $20,000 loan at 18% interest for 72 months. Visited Breakaway Honda and met w/ salesman Mike Hartle and he did a good job of showing me around for what I wa loan at 18% interest for 72 months. The used car manager was then told what car my wife wanted and this manager butchered the prior promised car price and the previous agreement established by Road Loans. Interest went to 23% for same money over same term. Furthermore I was repeatedly told "I'll call you back in a few minutes" by both he salesman and mgr and they never did. I had to initiate the call virtually every time. Also bait and switch on the price so "WATCH OUT" for typical "Used Car Salesman" techniques. The worse your credit the less respect and consideration you're given...employment and salaries be damned by this company. Go to HENDRICK HONDA...they run circles around this crowd !!!!
