We spent this past Friday and Saturday visiting dealers of certain vehicles we were considering for purchase. Our fact-finding mission to Breakaway Honda satisfied all of our questions regarding three Honda vehicles we wanted to see and drive. Bud Fitzpatrick greeted us cheerfully, and patiently answered all of our questions about three different models. His product knowledge was excellent, and he demonstrated the special features of each model. We concluded that the CR-V was the best choice for us and drove one with the features we wanted. We left the dealership on Friday afternoon and returned Saturday morning, selected the car we liked and made an offer. After more than three decades of purchasing cars, we have come to dread the process. However, our experience at Breakaway was relatively painless, almost pleasant. Although we would have liked a better price, both Bud and Sales Manager, Dale Ward , were easy to talk to and negotiations were quickly concluded. By later that afternoon, we took delivery of a beautiful CR-V with the added roof-rack already installed. We worked with salesman Rick Haines who was professional and not aggressive. He knows his products and took his time to explain the vehicle and the options available. We received a fair trade in and a fair price on the new vehicle. Jack Schading handled the transfer, etc. and did an excellent job. After visiting two other dealerships first, I visited Christine at Breakaway. She was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal that was significantly better than the other "deals" Christine at Breakaway. More importantly, she did it in a simple and straightforward way. There was no bringing in a sales manager to convince me to accept the deal or to haggle, it was clearly a great deal and without any hassle, the deal was done. She spoke to me as a friend, recommending options she thought I might find useful rather than pushing any option she could think of. In the end, I didn't purchase any add ons and she was completely fine with that. Finally, she had my new car ready when promised and offered continued support whenever I needed it. It was a great car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and Christine to anyone interested in a new Honda. More

I live in Taylors, much closer to Dick Brooks Honda than to Breakaway, but a phone call confirmed that Breakaway had more Fits on the lot, so I chose to begin there. I found Margaret immediately upon arrival, having talked to her on the phone. She was very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable considering she had only worked there 2 months. A base-model automatic Fit on the lot and the test drive fullfilled all my expectations except I wasn't quite sure that the color would please my wife as a surprise gift. But Margaret and the manager (forgot his name) were very helpful in negotiating a price that more than compensated for the color uncertainty. By the way, my wife loves the car and says that the Alabaster Silver Metalic was an excellent choice...she's always loved silver! Overall I was very pleased with the experience at Breakaway Honda and with the staff. Margaret and a co-worker even helped me to get the car home to Taylors immediately after purchase. I would have to say that this was my very best experience with buying a new car. I drive a 2010 Prius (for the mpg) but I remember how painful the experience was in finally negotiating a price I could accept, like getting a root canal! Charles was did not waste my time, but worked a deal better than at other dealerships. Answered all questions and worked up prices on different models. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service provided by Mike Hartle at Breakaway Honda. He was very informative without being "pushy" The only issue we had was that the dealership wasn't ve provided by Mike Hartle at Breakaway Honda. For the past 8 consecutive years, I have purchased a new Honda Accord from Breakaway Honda.
