The reason why I gave a great rating for Breakaway Honda is because Patrick Oliver went above and beyond to make my experience of purchasing a new Honda perfect! First of all, he gave me his time and total is because Patrick Oliver went above and beyond to make my experience of purchasing a new Honda perfect! First of all, he gave me his time and total attention to my questions and requests that I had for the accord. He was very informative and showed me every detail on the car. He walked me through the whole dealership to show me where things were and help me know where I needed to go to have my car serviced. Then he and the sales manager Adam, who was awesome also, found the perfect car with every option I wanted and worked with me On the price I was comfortable paying. I would like to also thank Patrick Oliver for just talking to me because of his kindness he was the reason why I purchased my car from him. I had gone to another dealership and was not given any time by a sales person and I figured it was because I looked young and was a woman and by myself with out husband. I spent several months deciding what I wanted to buy in a new car. Once I decided, all I needed was the right person to help me through the process. Ricky had no idea I knew what I wanted when I walked in and refused to be undeterred by my opening declaration that I wanted to pay the least amount possible for anything I bought. Other dealers would leave me to look around by myself at that point. I told him the model I was interested in and all Ricky had to do was show me one car. It was everything I had listed out that I wanted, but didn't share with Ricky. Before I left I had the keys and all the paperwork! Ricky was attentive and made me feel at home in the Dealership. He did not pressure me in the least and offered me several financing options that let me make the choices that were best for me. This is the first car I've bought where I feel like I got a heck of a deal days later, after all was said and done and the dust has settled. I have no buyer's remorse and got a car I hope to drive for many years to come that was completely affordable for me!
