We found the car we wanted online but didn't mention it to Bud upon his initial introduction. We simply told him what we were looking for and he took us straight to the car we wanted. Having purchased the 2008 from Breakaway, I knew they would be easy to work with. So I checked the internet for the features, color, and price I wanted, then contacted Christine Brunt online to see what she could do. She responded quickly with a great price, and because Breakaway didn't have the exact color I wanted in stock, had someone in her office check around for a dealer who might be willing to trade. We had to wait a while for the car, but Christine kept me informed of its progress and never seemed annoyed by my pestering e-mails. The best part was when the car finally arrived. She seemed as excited as I was. She had the paperwork prepared, and every detail was just as we agreed. My husband was worried that there would be additional charges that hadn't been mentioned, but Christine had covered everything in advance via e-mail, so there were no surprises. When we picked up the car, she took the time to show me the new features that weren't on my older model, so I could start enjoying them right away. With an Accord, two CRVs, and now three Civics in our family's "fleet," we feel fortunate to have a trusted dealership so close to home. More
