So I checked the internet for the features, color, and price I wanted, then contacted Christine Brunt online to see what she could do. She responded quickly with a great price, and because Breakaway didn't have the exact color I wanted in stock, had someone in her office check around for a dealer who might be willing to trade. We had to wait a while for the car, but Christine kept me informed of its progress and never seemed annoyed by my pestering e-mails. The best part was when the car finally arrived. She seemed as excited as I was. She had the paperwork prepared, and every detail was just as we agreed. My husband was worried that there would be additional charges that hadn't been mentioned, but Christine had covered everything in advance via e-mail, so there were no surprises. When we picked up the car, she took the time to show me the new features that weren't on my older model, so I could start enjoying them right away. With an Accord, two CRVs, and now three Civics in our family's "fleet," we feel fortunate to have a trusted dealership so close to home. More

We were in the market for a new larger vehicle and had decided on a Honda Odyssey Touring or Touring Elite. We live in the Atlanta area and had researched all the dealers in the area. Some would not even return our calls and others, though nice, acted like they were doing us a favor by offering to sell at sticker or higher. We decided to extend our search slightly and found Breakaway Honda in Greenville. Rick Haines responded to our request for information immediately and with a fantastic price. After we committed to buying the van and made a deposit and made plans to drive up to Greenville (an easy 2 hour drive) in the next couple of days, Rick had the car cleaned and pulled inside the dealership showroom to keep it clean and protected until we got there. I have never had such a genuinely nice car salesman before. We would like to highly recommend that anyone in the Atlanta area check with Breakwaway before buying their next car. It wasn't so much the smile that got my attention, it was the fact that he was so calm and patient. At first thought, I felt that maybe he didn't think I was serious about making a purchase, but after conferring with him the next week or so, I realized that what I observed was just his personality. My next few contacts with Ricky were always the same. I never felt that he was trying to push me into doing anything. The conversations remained simple and supportive. Charles Kelley is the most amazing salesperson I have ever dealt with. Charles is the perfect "non" salesperson. After our first visit, he told me to give him a call if I needed more information on the vehicles. No harassing emails, no harassing phone calls. He followed up immediately on requests, met pricing that I found at our dealer in Kentucky and listened to our needs. The only model of the Honda CRV that we were looking at that had leather was the high end which was out of our price range. Not a problem, Charles had the leather installed the next day from a local shop and it looked beautiful. You would never know it wasn't factory installed. All in all, we enjoyed working with Charles and the service that he provided. Normally I take off the dealer logo on my car, but this time, I am proud to have the Breakaway Honda logo on my vehicle. We will be back for our next vehicle! More
