I feel this dealership deserves the highest rating because they were excellent to work with. I almost bought a minicopper the day before visting breakaway but decided not to purchase it for many reaso because they were excellent to work with. However, I visited breakaway honda the day after and was pleasantly surprised at how good they were to work with. I drove 3 cars just as I arrived and did not have to wait on someone to help me at all. Actually, I had numerous people ask if they could assit me. I LOVED IT!! I found a car I was interested in and then began the steps to purchase. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Ricky was quick to get everything we asked and made my transition to our new car a pleasant one. Ricky was easy to talk to and conduct business with. My husband and I will continue to conduct business wtih Ricky and the Breakaway team. I give them a 5 stars. I will certainly be back. Thanks to the whole team for making our experience a good one. We had a truly pleasant, mostly email-based, car-buying experience with Mark Becker at Breakaway Honda. Mark was quick to respond to our questions, ordered our vehicle quickly (we bought a new Odyssey that experience with Mark Becker at Breakaway Honda. Mark was quick to respond to our questions, ordered our vehicle quickly (we bought a new Odyssey that has low availability and so needed to be ordered), kept us well informed of the expected delivery date, and gave us a great price without the pretence and pressure that one often encounters. When we came to collect the van (we live 3 hrs away), Mark was pleasant, efficient and took time to show us what we wanted to know on the car. He also threw in a couple of accessories for the van for free. Having previously talked with several of our local Honda dealers, who all put on a lengthy production before offering what was essentially MSRP, buying a car from Mark was a very pleasantly refreshing experience, and cost us roughly 10% less than our Atlanta dealers were trying to charge us. Lucy was the best, enjoyed everybodys attitude, my dog and my son loved the attention also. The Breakaway organization is first class. Charles made sure everything was ready upon our arrival. The used car manager and finance manager came to greet us and the whole process took less than 20 minutes sure everything was ready upon our arrival.
