So I checked the internet for the features, color, and price I wanted, then contacted Christine Brunt online to see what she could do. She responded quickly with a great price, and because Breakaway didn't have the exact color I wanted in stock, had someone in her office check around for a dealer who might be willing to trade. We had to wait a while for the car, but Christine kept me informed of its progress and never seemed annoyed by my pestering e-mails. The best part was when the car finally arrived. She seemed as excited as I was. She had the paperwork prepared, and every detail was just as we agreed. My husband was worried that there would be additional charges that hadn't been mentioned, but Christine had covered everything in advance via e-mail, so there were no surprises. When we picked up the car, she took the time to show me the new features that weren't on my older model, so I could start enjoying them right away. We were in the market for a new larger vehicle and had decided on a Honda Odyssey Touring or Touring Elite. We live in the Atlanta area and had researched all the dealers in the area. We decided to extend our search slightly and found Breakaway Honda in Greenville. Rick Haines responded to our request for information immediately and with a fantastic price. After we committed to buying the van and made a deposit and made plans to drive up to Greenville (an easy 2 hour drive) in the next couple of days, Rick had the car cleaned and pulled inside the dealership showroom to keep it clean and protected until we got there. I have never had such a genuinely nice car salesman before. We would like to highly recommend that anyone in the Atlanta area check with Breakwaway before buying their next car. It wasn't so much the smile that got my attention, it was the fact that he was so calm and patient. At first thought, I felt that maybe he didn't think I was serious about making a purchase, but after conferring with him the next week or so, I realized that what I observed was just his personality. My next few contacts with Ricky were always the same. I never felt that he was trying to push me into doing anything. The conversations remained simple and supportive.
