Charles Kelley is the most amazing salesperson I have ever dealt with. We live in Kentucky, but purchased our new Honda in South Carolina based on a friends recommendation of Charles and him backing the ever dealt with. Charles is the perfect "non" salesperson. After our first visit, he told me to give him a call if I needed more information on the vehicles. No harassing emails, no harassing phone calls. He followed up immediately on requests, met pricing that I found at our dealer in Kentucky and listened to our needs. The only model of the Honda CRV that we were looking at that had leather was the high end which was out of our price range. Not a problem, Charles had the leather installed the next day from a local shop and it looked beautiful. You would never know it wasn't factory installed. All in all, we enjoyed working with Charles and the service that he provided. Normally I take off the dealer logo on my car, but this time, I am proud to have the Breakaway Honda logo on my vehicle. We will be back for our next vehicle! More

This is the 5th Honda purchased of leased through Doug. The first was a 2002 S2000. I had been negotiating with Mazda for a Miata and was getting nowhere including being blown off on a Sat afternoon. I told my wife "I guess they don't want to sell us a Miata. A few days later, I responded to a Newspaper add, called Doug, drove to Greenville (about an hour away), test drove the S2000 and was on the way home in about an hour. I am busy so dealing over the phone was most important. I still have the S2000, but have leased Accords for children, myself and just purchased this car. I have and will recommend Breakaway. More

The vehicle was supposed to be detailed and it was fairly clean but my expectation of buying a vehicle new or used and paying cash for it includes that vehicle being detailed and not just "touched up." I had a guy detail the car the next day and it took him almost 8 hours and a cost to me of $200 to detail it properly. More
