Christine was very helpful. I shopped exclusively on the Internet and Christine's price was within $200 of the final price we agreed upon. She met me on Sunday at the dealership to give me my car. We are cash buyers located in Florida and looking for a specific Honda certified used car. On Friday evening (04/15), a car fitting our needs appears in Breakaway Honda listing. We call them right away specific Honda certified used car. On Friday evening (04/15), a car fitting our needs appears in Breakaway Honda listing. We call them right away and after discussion and a few pictures, we decide to buy this car. Bill indicates to us that they do not take deposit to hold the car. We say no problem, we transfer the full amount right away (well on Saturday morning since we have to go to the bank for this amount of money). Bill then told us he could not get the account number and will get it on Monday. We said ok, but you have to insure that the car is still there for us since we cannot make a deposit by card and you can't provide us an account number for the full paiement before Monday. Bill said ok, I will keep the key. After organising transportation and insurance the whole weekend, we call back on Monday at 9am to hear that the car got sold on Saturday. I decide to call the used car manager who does not really want to understand our concern, but listened to it. He finally agreed that he prefers the car to be sold to someone who comes to the dealership. I can understand that, but would have been better to be told that on Friday rather than on Monday after the car got sold. He agreed on that. We cannot advise this dealership to anyone since they have not been honest with us. We are a special case, but this shows that they only care about their own interest. Beware. More

I recently purchased a used car from Brealaway Honda. My expereince with sales associate, Lucy Ortiz was exceptional. I had done my research. During the process, I never felt rushed or pressured and ultimately the decision to purchase felt right and I knew it was a good deal. Everyone I dealt with at Breakaway Honda was friendly and helpful. It was unlike any previous car buying expreience I've ever had, in that it was hassle free. I really appreciate that. If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend Breakaway Honda and especially Lucy Ortiz. I drove away feeling great and I love my new used Rav4. More

I'm not an easy sell. I like to do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. That takes a while. Charles was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even stayed after the dealer ask a lot of questions. That takes a while. Charles was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Danny Greene, our salesperson, treated us in a professional and friendly manner. He was most helpful with information about the new CR-V and was very accomodating in allowing us to test drive different models to compare features.....all without any pressure to buy. With Danny's help we negotiated a good price for the trade-in and for the features we desired. We are delighted with the new 2011 CR-V and the entire purchase process. We will be back when it is time to replace our Accord and plan to use Danny Greene as our salesperson again. More
