Based on prior experiences in buying a car, I was very nervous and not looking forward to the process. However, there was never any pressure and Mark was very friendly and personable. This was definitely the least stressful experience I have ever had in buying a car. I also want to say that the financial manager with whom I signed the papers was very friendly and pleasant to work with as well. In the past, I have been surprised by number changes when it came time to sign papers. There were no surprises, issues or pressure. Because the process/experience had exceeded my expectations, I am now looking for a car for my twins at Breakaway. More

After paying for and taking delivery of the van I noticed where the vehicle on which I took delivery did not have the same AC power outlet or external HDMI outlet like on the one I had test driven. I shared with him that I was under the impression that the van on which I took delivery would have these same features. Apparently I had driven a van with a different trim level. Regardless of my misunderstanding he arranged to have both an aftermarket AC outlet and HDMI outlet installed by a local stereo shop at no additional cost to me. More

In 2008, my wife and I worked with Christine directly to purchase a Honda Odyssey LXE with which we were also extremely satisfied. Now, at the end of 2010, we have just purchased a Honda Civic LX. We were, once again, extremely satisfied with their sales team and plan to work with them in the future as we have need to do so.
