Why the high marks? Mr. John Haislip sold us a new 2011 Honda Pilot Touring in September 2010 and a new 2011 Honda Civic in December 2010. My wife and I went to this dealership on 12/20/10 in the evening time just to see what they had and to see if they would be able to meet our expectations. He was very friendly, helpful, straight to the point, and respectful of our time! Which might I say is not your typical car salesperson! After I told him exactly what we were in the market for and what we could afford, he quickly began to get to work for us. So we left for the evening and was told that we would be called back first thing in the morning with what we could come up with. So that next morning Mr. Bob called us and told us that he had good news for us and GOOD news it was! As residents of the Atlanta area, we got the run-around from the local dealers in looking for a 2011 Odyssey. We don't believe we have ever had a car dealer who was so honest, so knowledgeable, so ready to meet the needs of the buyer. Our deal was done over the phone. As we are a Honda family (2005 CRV and formerly 1999 Odyssey), it is a great feeling to know that we have found one excellent dealership. The 130 mile drive was well worth the time and expense to see the dealership and meet Christine. The quickest deal I have ever made. Didn't even see the car before i bought it. But with enough confidence and knowledge from the Salesman it made the deal go easier.
