Jay was the sales consultant who sold me the car. He was very efficient, very businesslike, and there were no games. We went through only a few rounds to get a very good deal on a 2010 Civic Hybrid. It took me several trips to make up my mind, one of which interrupted his lunch, and he was perfectly happy to have me test drive it as many times as I needed. Jack was the finance manager who put together the financing plan. He was very up-front and honest, a perfect businessman. Since I'd never bought a car before, and I'd never racked up any debt, I did not have much of a credit history. When he said that I might need a cosignatory and a higher interest rate, and I said that I might need to back out if that were the case, he talked to the financing corp, explained that I had a good down payment and equity, came back 20 min later, and said that I didn't need a cosignatory and got me a better rate than my credit union would have given! Also, as we were discussing the various add-ons for the car (extended warranties, special coatings, etc) he was very honest about what was worth the money and not worth the money. He also said what he got for his cars and what he would not get for his. Absolutely fantastic experience, and he is the best financing guy I've ever heard of. More
