I have been leasing with Breakaway Honda since 2002 and can truly say that the recent experience I had with Mr. Crider has been the most rewarding. I called him a week prior to visiting the dealership to get his hours and arrived the next week to see him at breakaway just as he stated. It was a nice hassle free experience. I was a little leery at first because of my decision to upgrade this year, however Mr. Crider gave me an offer I couldn't refuse so once again I leave with a brand new 2010 LX Odyssey. As usual the transaction was smooth and hassle free. Matt Lovell was also professional and pleasant to work with. He was much more helpful and upfront than the previous leasing consultant in 2006. Because of these professionals, I will continue to work with Breakaway for future leasing/purchases. More

We bought a new Honda Odyssey from Breakaway Honda and over all we are very pleased with our new purchase. This was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. I had done a lot of research on other Honda dealerships in the area - but not once did those other dealers giv ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. The customer service was well beyond what one would expect from a visit to a dealership. The sales agent we worked with was friendly, curtius, and not once did he push us to buy a car. We made numerous visits to Breakaway,checking out new and used cars. And every visit was the same - we always left happy. Saying that I recommend Ted Kaufman and Breakaway Honda as your place to purchase your next vehicle. We have had our minivan (which rocks) for almost 700 miles now and Breakaway has called us several times to check up and make sure everything is ok. If that is not good service than I don't know what is!!!! More
