Breakaway may physically look nice, but ethically, they are filthy. First, they sold us an extended warranty that mysteriously covers nothing that ever breaks. They said that the motor was burned out, the mounts were broken, the sensors were shot, and that it would be $870 to fix it. Then they charged me $90 for the diagnostic. The motor was obviously not burned out, so I took it elsewhere for a diagnostic. The closing sensor was cleaned. For free.
